My name is Clare Larsen and I am a violin teacher and musician within the Seattle area. I was educated at Seattle Pacific University where I received a BA in music composition while under the tutelage of Dr. Stephen Newby and Ilka Talvi.
Since graduating in 2019, I have partook in multiple projects and performances as a gig artist and composer. From June to July 2019 I was the violinist for the production of Funny Girl at the Village Theater in Everett. Later, I wrote and recorded a solo album during the pandemic that was featured and reviewed on Divide and Conquer. More recently I have been hired to perform at gigs, small events, and casual performances as a solo artist.
