Mixin Mamas came in last minute to help with my big day and made it a special one. I’m so grateful they were able to be there for us at an affordable price and they did a great job serving our guest. I recommend them for any event or wedding!

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I think this review is accurate and fair. Mixin Mamas can definitely improve on their communication. I had to reach out to them and they never contacted us to go over logistics or to ask any questions. The night before the event I learned they were planning to bring an 8 foot table which was significantly bigger than the space would allow. We instead rented a 4 foot table from someone else for the bartender the day of the event. They said they would study the drink recipes when I called them the first time, but several guests complained about their drinks which were mainly old fashioned and margaritas made with a premix we provided. They all felt the ratios were way off. Finally, they showed up late after the event started. We had a limited budget for the event but communication, timeliness, and great tasting cocktails shouldn’t be impacted if you agree to accept the job.
This is our first time hiring a bartender for a party and didnt know what to expect. Once our bartender Alyssa arrived she was quick to get set up and was very professional. She was a big hit with our guest and her knowledge of drinks. You cant go wrong hiring mixin mamas for any event. We look forward to hiring them again for each of our parties.
