Contortion Act: 5x5 feet minimum of floor space, raised platform or stage is ideal.
Aerial Acts: Provided the ceilings are at least 12ft, we can rig anywhere with a suitable hardpoint. To rig in existing structures, an attachment point such as a weight bearing support beam, trussing, I-beam, eye hook, etc. that can support at least to 2000 lbs is required. For a dynamic aerial show, we recommend floor to ceiling heights of at least 15ft but we can work with lower riggings. Portable rigging may also be provided upon request for an additional cost for outdoor venues or indoor venues without a suitable attachment point. This rig requires a minimum height clearance of 12ft with 9x13ft of unobstructed ground area, and up to a 22ft height clearance with 18x21ft ground area. The standard setup and will provide the aerialist with an 18ft rigging height and can allow for exciting aerial performances almost anywhere. We can also rig from large trees with sturdy horizontal spreading branches, gazebos, bridges, and most weight bearing structures. Aerial Muse Collective will arrange a site visit for any venues without previous aerial performance to evaluate rigging requirements.
