Allow me to introduce Ms. Carmen Williams, author of “Victim of the recession, Victory in finding my blessing” Just like thousands of Americans she too lost her employment during this time of economical despair and through her experiences and days of uncertainties she found the opportunity to tap into her inner passion to write and combine it with the leadership training she acquired in Corporate America.
Carmen Williams is a Kansas City, MO native and the author of "Victim of the recession, Victory in finding my blessing". A short novel about her rise and fall in Corporate America and how the experience forced her to take a hard look at her past and present in an effort to find God's purpose for her life. Becoming a published author has always been Carmen's dream and a passion that she often pushed to the back burners of her life in order to climb the corporate latter and through her 15 years of work experience she has held successful positions in Management, Director, and as an Executive which solidifies her natural ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others. The completion of her novel made her realize that God's plans were far more greater than any plan that she had imagined for her life and with this novel she hopes to inspire readers and other victims of the recession to be inspired, to have hope, and to be willing to reinvent themselves as they too seek their own purpose during these trying times.
Ms. Williams’s mission is to inspire, motivate and to provide hope to others who have been laid off, terminated, or dislocated during the recession and even to those who are transitioning or needing to transition in their current employment.
