Let me first say that I'm a few months late on leaving Mr. Cashmere Williams a review but my memory was jogged when my fiancee and I listened to his Facebook Live Performance on April 10, 2020. So here I am leaving a review for an event he performed for me on November 2, 2019.

In the winter of 2019, I coordinated a surprise birthday party for my then girlfriend and was in need of some form of entertainment. Fortunately I came across this site (GigSalad) and was able to contact Mr. Williams. Upon our initial call, Mr. Williams exemplified professionalism from the start. I was a little uncertain as to what I was looking for regarding the quantity of the band so Mr. Williams provided a thorough explanation of his services and his respective prices for each one. He was also able to recommend what he deemed appropriate for the type of party I was throwing, the size of the room, and the number of attendees. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase a certain package. As a matter of fact, I was surprised when he offered one of his lowest packages. It was apparent that it was not all about the money but providing me with a memorable experience. As a result, I knew that Cashmere was the right man for the job so I confidently booked him.

Maybe a few days later, I threw Cashmere a "curve ball" and informed him that the surprise party was now going to be a surprise proposal as well and that I needed his assistance to pull it off. Without any hesitation, Cashmere was willing to do whatever he could to make this a monumental night for both me and my girlfriend. On the night of the event, after driving from Birmingham to Huntsville, Mr. Williams was there prior to the event already set up and awaiting my arrival. As my girlfriend entered the room full of family and friends she was also greeted with the sounds of Cashmere Williams and his accompanied saxophonist with a song I requested to be played...Needless to say it was PERFECT. Cashmere's duo package was entertaining and on the ball throughout the entire night. He even had a microphone for me to address the crowd throughout the evening. Lastly, Cashmere's saxophonist was able to supplement my proposal with a romantic tune as I proposed to my fiancee later on in the night.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cashmere Williams for any event that seeks a night for smooth jazz, efficiency, and sophistication. He will undoubtedly be the first artist I call if and when I plan another night of social grace.

Cashmere William's provided jazz music for our wedding brunch. He was prompt, took song requests from guests and was very courteous! I would recommend him to my friends. A class act!

Mr. Williams did an excellent job last night. He was prompt and very professional. Everyone that attended the Conference reception last night really enjoyed him. I would definitely recommend him for your next event.
