Here’s a sample timeline for one of our casino-themed parties with our standard 3 hours of playing time:

* Approx 2 to 2.5 hours before casino start time:
Setup crew arrives and begins loading in equipment

* 1 hour before casino start time:
Setup crew finished with casino setup

* 30 mins before casino start time:
Remainder of dealers arrive and get settled in behind the scenes for internal dealer meeting

* 5 mins before casino start time:
Dealers at tables

* 3 full hours of casino playing time

* For the next 15-30 mins:
Dealers count up guests’ chips, convert to raffle tickets, and emcee any raffles you might want to have

* Approx 15 to 30 mins after casino playing time is finished:
Tear-down of casino equipment begins immediately after raffles & final speeches finished

* Poker: 7 feet by 3.5 feet by 30 inches high (sit-down height, but chairs NOT provided, 10 chairs per table suggested, 8-9 players per table)

* Roulette: 8 feet by 3.5 feet by 32 inches high (stand-up height so no chairs required, approximately 7+ players per table)

* Craps: 9 feet by 5 feet by 32 inches high (stand-up height so no chairs required, approximately 14 players per table)

* Slot Machines: 32 inches high by 18 inches wide by 13 inches deep (tabletop machines but table(s) NOT provided, approximately 60-90 pounds each, 1 player per slot)
