Hello there! I am Marusya and I am a dancer of twerk, belly dance and tribal fusion. I was born in Russia and moved to US when I was a teenager. Throughout life I have always felt a calling for music, dance and arts. I was raised to be a classical pianist, so I have an extensive musical and performance background. However, classical piano is a bit too restrictive for me. In my late teens I answered the call of the wild feminine and I embarked on the journey of tantric dance. The journey led me to be an exotic dancer where I mastered my twerk skills as well as my stage presence. Then, I felt my soul guiding me to dive deeper. I began activating a more sensual, holistic approach in my dance practice. I fell in love with belly dance and tribal fusion and began merging them with twerking. Now, I consider my dance performance to be a devotional communion with the Goddess, a celebration of the body and a self-loving ritual. I am a tantric twerk facilitator as well as a steward of the ancient arts of the Priestess Temples. My performance is fun, seductive and always an invitation for my audience to dive into the mysteries of the Goddess.
