Dallin was originally scheduled as just a workshop presenter for our 2024 State Leadership Conference. After our keynote cancelled at the last minute, Dallin jumped in to save the day and with 24 Hours notice put together an amazing program for our attendees. He also did several workshops, judged public speaking, and taught swing dancing. Our conference would not have been successful without Dallin!

What to Expect
When you hire me as a speaker, you should generally be expecting a mixture of humor, motivation, and actionable message. I do not believe in giving a "motivational speech" that is purely to get people excited. My goal is to give people tools that will make their life better, but doing so in a way they enjoy and are excited about. So expect research-backed methods packaged with laugh-out-loud humor and stories.
Each presentation I give is custom-tailored for the audience and organization, so I will want at least one (if not multiple) pre-event calls with you or other parties to create the ideal experience for your audience.
About
Dallin Cooper is a professional keynote speaker, author, and entrepreneur. He is an
award-winning humorist, storyteller, and shepherd (that's right, they have awards for shepherding). In addition to founding a digital marketing agency and a zero-waste dog chew
company, he has been featured on the BeBetter Podcast and in Authority Magazine as an
expert on communication and empathy.
Additional Booking Notes
Slides
Dallin usually presents with a PowerPoint slide deck that includes sound. If your
setup does not accommodate embedded sound, please reach out to make
custom arrangements. He will arrive at the event site at least an hour early on the
day of the event and provide his presentation file to the A/V team. Since Dallin
tailors programs specifically for the event, including occasionally updating slides
as the event progresses, slides are typically not sent ahead of time.
Stage
Dallin does not use a podium. If the venue has a podium, it should be moved as
far out of the way as possible. If Dallin is presenting “The Secret To Conflict-Free
Communication”, there should be two chairs placed next to each other, side by
side, in the center of the stage. Dallin will walk around and use the entire stage,
and for most presentations will either walk into the audience or have volunteers
join him on stage.
Microphone
Dallin does not travel with a microphone, so please ensure one is provided.
Countrymen mics are preferred, followed by lavalier/lapel mics, then handheld
microphones. Handheld microphones do not work for dance-related
presentations.
Music
Dallin’s walk-out music can be found in his speaker kit or at this link:

The track should be played in it’s entirety, and already has a fade-out built into it.
Tech Check
Dallin will plan to arrive at least an hour before the presentation time for a
tech/sound check, but can arrive earlier if necessary
