Fantastic Experience he provided an amazing experience for my wife's birthday! He was in constant communication with me, gave great ideas on preferences of types of food we would be interested in. Eddie
created a Cheese fondue with bread and broccoli in which presentation alone was worth, It was delicious.
The Cesar salad and main entree of Chicken Parmesan with noodles was so filling we had leftover for multiple days! I am extremely happy with Eddie. Professional, explained how it was cooked and all the details about the dish.

This private chef was so good, my husband said this was the most impressive birthday he's had in hid 61 years old. We've been married nearly 30 years. Our other two guest , who's been married 44 years were so impress and thank me while recording a video. This was so heartwarming and needed we are planning another event again to use Chef Eddie. Edward Merritt is an incredible person and his cooking is just as well as his personality. I hired him for an event summertime in July and my oh my my was it a absolutely fantastic! Very tasteful food, great presentation, very professional and overall just the best to work with. My fiance and I we’re delighted to choose Eddie’s Easy Bites to be our personal chef for our anniversary dinner. The food was The cherry on top to complete the night. In an intimate setting Chef Ed made a four course entree for two just like I wanted. My wife couldn’t stop complimenting me on making such a good choice, it made her feel like royalty. I had a surprise birthday dinner with family and friends. The food was absolutely delicious. I’m a foodie so I can be a harsh critic but hands down the best food I’ve tasted. Wow! How can I begin to describe something that is utterly out of this world and mind blowing??? I had the distinct pleasure and opportunity to hire Chef Eddie, FINALLY!!!! There was so much buzz about him and his culinary skills, one can only imagine, his bookings are hard to come by. However, he had heard from several of his clients that I wanted and needed only him to cater an event of mine and he graciously accommodated me. I, as well as my guests were floored with the tantalizing taste of his food. Not only is his food’s presence akin to a “WORK OF ART”, the taste is astounding!!! And Chef Eddie is ever so the professional, but personable. He really made my event a hit! Now, my dilemma is trying to get him again, due to all of my guests booking him for their dinners, events, luncheons, etc. Lol. And I especially appreciate that no matter the size of any function or gathering one is having, Chef Eddie can and will accommodate you. I want to let Chef Eddie know that I really appreciate him and his MAGNIFICENT CULINARY SKILLS!!!

Took a chance this year and had my Birthday Party Catered... Best thing I've ever did food was delicious. Lobster mac & Cheese, fried oysters, collard greens, etc. If you want to keep things simple and budget friendly Eddie's Easy Bites is the way to go. Chef Eddie can do it all!! You wont regret it!!
