Tashia Bagwell, a Baltimore native has been creating smiles and building memories for children for 9 years. Face painting began as entertainment for her own daughter’s birthday party and has turned into a successful part-time business. With a stroke of a brush Tashia can make any child’s dream of being a princess or superhero come true.
I had the privilege to use Funtastic Faces by Tashia for the past two years for my summer drama camp (Encore Summer Drama Camp) and it has been nothing short of an amazing, wonderful experience. I was first introduced to Tashia when my daughter hired her for my grandson's first birthday party. I immediately was drawn to her personality and professionalism. She is very personable. Tashia's work is unrivaled and her professionalism by far exceeds many others that share her talent. She also uses high quality products that do not wear off easily. She is very meticulous about her work, and although I have seen her work several times before, I am in awe every time I have the opportunity to work with her. She is an AMAZING artist and the person you definitely want to book for your event. You will not be disappointed. I can't wait to use her for my next venue!
Tashia always does an excellent job at our events. She shows up on time, is very accommodating, has a pleasant personality, and above all provides exceptional work.
Tashia was professional in the leadup to the event, which was my son's birthday party. We communicated efficiently, and she was prompt and on-time for set-up beforehand. During the party, for 3 year olds, she was terrific with the children.
All of these positive qualities frankly pale in comparison to the gorgeous designs she's able to create on both children' and adults' faces alike. Her paints are vivid, don't smear easily but still wash off quickly. They were comfortable on the face (yes, I got one myself), and guests all thought she was not just an artist, but a lovely person to talk to.
I would recommend her without reservation.
