Hannah provides (almost) everything needed for her to perform, including her harp (obviously), chair, music stand, iPad, pedal, and transport equipment. Some venues and locations (particularly outdoors) will require cover or flooring, to be provided by the client.
Wedding packages are available to view - please contact for a copy! All events include setup at least 30min in advance of start time, recommendations for wedding song selections (if a wedding), and more. Special requests will receive a recording of the piece at least 2 weeks in advance of the wedding date (and usually longer if the wedding is booked far enough in advance), and recordings of any pieces in the repertoire list not currently posted on Hannah's Instagram.
Hannah Warren is a professionally trained harpist, serving the Ottawa and surrounding areas (including from Kingston to Montreal). No matter whether your music tastes are purely classical, contemporary pop, or somewhere in between, Hannah is pleased to bring you live music to set the ambience for your event. Trained by JUNO nominee Caroline Léonardelli, Hannah brings a wealth of musical experience and a passion for the wedding and event industry for a seamless and stress-free process. Versed in popular culture, Hannah is excited to learn and arrange special requests, and is here to help couples and event planners choose a repertoire list that fits their mood and bring a smile to their guests' faces.
Venues must be wheelchair accessible with little to no stairs.
For performances at outdoor venues, both a shaded area and level flooring of at least 5x5' must be provided. The harp will not be set up in the case of inclement weather, including rain or mist, snow, extreme heat or cold, and high or low humidity. All outdoor performance locations must have an indoor backup listed at time of booking. The "Grandma Rule" generally applies - if your grandmother wouldn't be happy sitting outside due to the weather, the harp should not be outside!
A partial repertoire list is available at Hannah's website. Gigsalad doesn't allow links, so it's "Hannah Plays Harp [dot] com" ☺️
