I do not have enough words to describe his talent, professionalism, enthusiasm, and customer service! He was part of our party for two and a half hours. He constantly had a long line but made each child (or adult) in front of him feel like they were the only person there. He joked with them while he worked on anything from the simplest design, to the most complex (he actually made a dragon!). He brought a large array of items that he could create, and his work was beyond expectations. The best analogy I heard from those attending was that he was the Michaelangelo of ballons! I look forward to working with him again in the future!

We had a church fellowship, and Joy Set did a fabulous job with adults and children! We had 600+ people in attendance and everyone had nothing but compliments about the service provided. He made so many unique designs with the balloons. We will use them again!

So talented, had kids and adults enthralled as he takes numerous balloons of different shapes, sizes, colors even lighted creating works of art.Most popular among guests were unicorn, Sonic, and turtle designs. Highly recommend and will certainly hire again...with 28 yrs of experience it shows

The Balloon Twister was a hit, made our event even greater. The kids loved it. He was super talented and patient. & always up for the challenge when kids told him what they wanted. Will definitely be booking again in the future!!
Amazing experience, made the event even greater for the kids. The balloon figures were so complex simply watching it get created was entertaining in itself. He was very patient, arrived early and very nice with the kids. Definitely recommend and will be using him again!

Who says balloons are for kids? We had a lively Halloween and everyone RAVED about Will! We will definitely have him back. I could not believe how ingenious his balloons designs were all night!

She first saw the Ballooner at Roper MT. Science Center, so of course when she was asked what kind of party she wanted for her bday... she wanted the Ballooner :)(that's how she described it). Ms. Paula came to her party... face painted, did a magic show (which the older children that were there extremely enjoyed) and then came time for the balloon making!! All of the children loved it!! So, as we went to get our Balloon this year at Roper Mountain, she told the ballooner who made her candycane, all about her party and what animals Ms.Paula had made for each child. ( a year had passed and she still remembered this was were we met Ms. Paula). Their prices are very reasonable and the memories last a lifetime!!
