I used J&S Dolls Event Specialist for a company charity gala. We wanted to raise money for breast cancer awareness. I was put in charge of putting everything together and got overwhelmed. We like to get as much information at the beginning process as possible. It is our job to fill in any holes. Whether the client has a concept already or looking for ideas, we can discuss our ideas as well as budget. We would like to find out how much help does the client need, as sometimes they have already done the research and may only need certain items.
We have a variety of contractors from bartenders, to caterers, to photographers and much more that we we work with. We only work with professionals who we trust will stand behind the J&S Dolls brand. If a client is ever unhappy with the caterer or bartender, we as that they contact us right away so that we can come to a resolution why there is still time to fix it.
