We hired Karen on short notice to serve at our son's post wedding reception after party in a suite at the Horseshoe Bay Marriott Resort. We left Karen a key so she could enter the suite and get set up for the after party while we were at the reception. Karen showed up at approximately 9 pm. The party guest started to show at 10 Karen was ready she took the initiative to have the hotel bring up a table to use as a bar. She was organized quick and pleasant to our guests. The party went on until 3 am Karen then helped clean up . Karen is from New Orleans ,she knows how to throw a proper party we certainly would recommend Karen and will use her again in the future ! All of our bartenders have YEARS of experience and are very 'seasoned' professionals, TABC certified and hold current Food Handlers Permits as required by the State of Texas and the city of Austin. Our group of bartenders all work together at the 'new' ACL-LIVE music venue at the Moody Theater. We are accustomed to VERY high volume bartending while remaining calm under pressure.
