Val was awesome. I hired him for dj, mc and coordinator for our wedding on our 1.5 acre property. He set up in 2 separate areas to satisfy my needs. We spoke several times about what I wanted and the order of the events , and he created a realistic timeline for the entire event. He gave me great feedback on my ideas. He worked well with my other vendors to insure everything went according to plan. We had to make a last minuet change during the evening and he made it work without hesitation. He even did some line dance lessons. Val is very easy to talk to, was punctual, and delivered everything he said he would. I would defiantly hire him again.

The theme of our party was Barbie and Val came as DJ Latin Ken which was perfect. His energy and prepared playlist really made the party! All the ladies had a blast dancing the night away. Val took song request and even sang! I highly recommend using Val at your next party!

Hired Val for a two hour dinner as part of a conference of a few hundred lawyers and it was perfect. He read the room well, had an excellent selection of music and on top of it, he can sing! Will definitely use him again next time we're in the area.

We were so glad to have Main Stage Productions prepare us for our wedding dancer. Val started from the basics of breathing and counting and then slowly and patiently walked us through steps, posture and holds. I started out stiff and barely coordinated but learned to move my legs like an ocean and keep my torso stiff like the earth. I also had no concept of counting to the music nor knew what a box step or two step was but learned all of this in class. Val is an excellent teacher and he really brought us to a point where we could succeed and fly on our own. He is encouraging and motivating. We had a lot of fun and shared a lot of laughs. Highly recommend!

I initially hired Val to teach a swing dance lesson at my wedding reception. The day prior to the event, my DJ got COVID-19, so I contacted Val to let him know we unfortunately wouldn’t have a DJ. He miraculously saved the day when offering to DJ at our wedding for a very reasonable fee, despite that he had to cancel some personal plans to stay through the whole event. I didn’t give him detailed guidelines or instructions due to the chaos and limited time, but he did everything perfectly for both the wedding ceremony and the reception! He even went above and beyond by interacting with the guests and determining how to keep the event running smoothly and keeping it lively. He even still did the swing dance lesson, which was a big hit. And he also sang 2 live jazz songs, which had the guests in awe. He provided all of his own sound equipment, which worked great outdoors, which was very helpful. I can’t imagine that our original DJ would have been this great, especially not with less than 24 hours notice!

I wasn’t there but the organizer said the singer was fantastic.

Walk Like A Man was a genuinely superb production! Val was the producer and lead singer . I felt everyone had a great time ! He was fantastic. As a DJ he is really friendly and professional and does a fantastic job playing great music that inspires everyone to get up and dance .

Val can do it all! DJ. Produce shows. A real go getter. Very professional. A clear vibrant voice when he's singing and a cool enthusiastic vibe when he's hosting and DJ ing.

I hired Val for our event and paid the deposit for services and about a week and a half before the event he contacted me to let me know that he was not going to be performing the services but sending out a colleague or employee in his place. I was completely fine it and had actually heard from the colleague less than a week before the event. Unfortunately when it came time for the event, no one showed. I understand it wasn’t a big job and probably far away but you just state that from the beginning so I can hire another person. When I contacted them, the colleague said it slipped his mind. Really unprofessional. When I requested a refund for my deposit, Val said that was working another event and would refund me later. I’m still waiting for my refund.

I hired Main Stage for my wife’s 50th bday. I told Val on the phone that she is a huge Star Trek fan and would be funny to have that sort of theme. Fast forward to BDay time and he shows up at the front door in a nerd costume. My wife had no idea who he was or why he came over. He mentioned a couple Star Trek things and she was all in. Everyone gathered outside and watched her talk Star Trek with Val. She told me later, she thought he was one of her nerd friends she may have met before but couldn’t quite remember. So funny! My wife absolutely loved it and said it was the best birthday gift ever. Val’s singing is amazing and no doubt a true professional at his craft!! Thanks for such a memorable day! 😀

I reached out looking for someone to make my proposal to my girlfriend extra special. So lucky I found Val and Main Stage. He was super professional from the start, helping accommodate me last minute and singing the exact song I had requested.
