Multi-award winning bellydancer Nicole Maria puts on a high-energy show guaranteed to make your event one to remember! Complete with a variety of props including mystical veil, rhythmic finger cymbals, and incredible sword balancing, she will enchant your guests and bring the magic. Plus, she LOVES to get her audience up dancing and joining her!

She is also available for virtual shows, classes, and lessons!
Nicole gave a phenomenal performance and she took the time to teach the residents how to dance in their wheelchairs or chairs. She had a great variety of props to use for belly dancing, which kept the residents entertained. She also made time to allow the residents to ask questions about belly dancing. She was very informative. She also allowed the residents to take photos with her. She’s very patient, kind, and gentle. I would highly recommend her!

With over a decade of experience, Nicole Maria knows how to make your event a night to remember! A typical show will be 20-30 minutes average, depending on the needs of the client. She creates high energy sets balanced with mesmerizing, elegant acts using a variety of props to keep the audience engaged. Audience members can expect a lively, interactive, artistic experience appropriate for all ages.
Nicole Maria is a bellydance teacher, choreographer, soloist and performer based out of Oakland, California. She has been studying, teaching, and performing contemporary and traditional forms of Middle Eastern dance since 2008. She performs and teaches regularly throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Nicole received her B.A. in Cultural Anthropology and Archaeology with a minor in World Music from San Francisco State University. She has always been interested in the intersection of culture and dance and the study of dance in its sociocultural context. As a performer, she is interested in portraying both contemporary and traditional forms of Middle Eastern dance as well as dances from Turkey and the Balkans.
Music will be played from iPod or iPhone.
