I entertain several times a year and one of the biggest problems I have encountered with other staffing companies is that the lack of effort and personality. I learned about Prestige through a colleague who had hired them for their engagement party and decided to try them out for my wife's birthday party. I have never seen servers/bartenders go the extra mile the way these guys did. They were friendly, always smiling and even stayed 2 hours past the agreed time so we could keep entertaining our guests! They have definitely earned my loyalty and I will continue to hire Prestige as long they keep up their high quality of service.

John and Ben were absolutely phenomenal! They come on-time and jumped right into help anywhere they could. From setting up the bar/drink station to picking up the food order next door to even arranging the flowers for the table set up, they were indispensable. I am so happy that they were there. My communication first started with Irving who helped me determine what I needed for my 40th birthday party bash. After speaking with him I decided to book a bartender and two servers. They came early, they had the best attitudes and smiled the entire evening. They helped us clean up after the event was over and they just couldn’t have been a better fit for the event. I cannot praise Alexandra and AJ enough for their work on Saturday. They arrived early and immediately went to work. They did everything I asked and much, much more. Alexandra and AJ performed beautifully as a team and neither showed any frustration when I gave one direction and countermanded it a few minutes later. A sign of true professionals!
I would happily hire Prestige Servers and Bartenders again and Alexandra and AJ in particular. I will enthusiastically recommend Prestige and my “A” team to my friends.

The person provided to serve and clean up for our Thanksgiving dinner for 13 was lovely, well dressed and smart. She was willing to do anything I asked. However, I had the sense that she did not have much experience as a server and cleaner. She did not have much to do early in the evening as I had prepared everything. Other waitstaff I have had in the same position have jumped in to help serve the drinks and clear used napkins and debris as necessary. She did not clear the h'ors Doeuvres until I asked her to. She was slow to clear the table, and didn't seem to know how to get started with all the dishes. She did do all the cleanup, although I helped with drying things and putting things away, after my guests left. And she was pleasant and willing to do anything I asked. Perhaps I was slow to give her direction. I would definitely use Prestige again.

Andrea and Elena were a great tag team. Andrea arrived promptly for the first shift to prepare attractive food trays and rapidly organize the buffet and drinks tables before the guests arrived. Then she did a great job of keeping everything filled and neat and cleaning up as things went along. When Elena arrived promptly for the second shift, she and Andrea worked well together on these tasks and Andrea did a great job of handing them over seamlessly before her shift ended. Then Elena adeptly kept everything going until the party ended and did a wonderfully thorough cleanup. I would definitely hire Andrea and Elena again. They did a great job even in a very crowded party originally called for outside but moved indoors due to rain. As a result, my husband and I and our guests greatly enjoyed the party.

I cannot say enough good things about the people who helped me with my event through Prestige. With only 2 hours to prepare before my wedding, I was in a frantic state trying to get everything done. The two women in particular were absolutely amazing. They not only helped with significant decorating, but they had complete creative control for a number of things and it turned out incredible. They were hard working the entire night and I only wish I had a chance to give them a tip!

A miscommunication of location started with angst for me. When she arrived, viktoria took over and the rest of the afternoon went very smoothly. She worked very hard and cleaned up everything so that I could relax. Great server!

Irving was in constant communication with me the entire time. He told me that Ely would be our runner/bar tender and she arrived on time, did an outstanding job and was so sweet. After the event I received SO many compliments regarding Ely - "Ely was so sweet, Ely was great, Ely fit right in, can we be friends with her"? etc... I WILL be using this company again!!!

Booked this company to provide waitstaff for an event I had Saturday August 24 for a 4 hour event. Spoke with the company via email and text multiple times up to the night before my event. Well the next day they were supposed to be there at 12, no call, no show, I called and left a voicemail. Finally about 5 an hour after my event was over someone called.
They started they were sorry and said"we sent the staff to the wrong place. So it took 5 hours to figure that out.
Still waiting for my refund check. It's been over a week now. I emailed and got the response that maybe they got the address wrong. I would give zero stars if I could.
They made me and my business look unprepared and not know what we were doing. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Prestige

We hired 1 bartender & 1 waitstaff from Prestige through Gigsalad. The overall experience from booking through Gigsalad to interacting with Prestige was a very straightforward experience. The two ladies arrived on time and assisted where needed.
I would recommend this to anyone looking to hire staff for any party.

I appreciated having a bartender and waitstaff at my babyshower there was so much to do. Next time I will definitely hire atleast two each there services are valuable and I would also add two extra hours 1 at the beginning and 1 at the end to allow staff more time to setup and breakdown. Also some server need you to tell them what to do to get started also allow time to give directions before guest arrive. Ask for staff who are self-starters and also give attention to detail.

Marisol arrived on time on Christmas day, immediately assessed situation, listened to instructions, and followed through entire evening. Marisol effectively balanced attending to our guests and followed timeline on serving courses of the dinner, filling drink orders, filling wine, etc. I have used many waitstaff persons for large events as well as private dinners (such as this one), and Marisol is in the top tier. We will request, and use, her again.

Irving & his team nailed my 320 person wedding reception, with a ceremony that was moved inside to the same room as the reception two days before because of the weather-and even with the hectic-ness-they NAILED it. I spoke with Irving via emails and then the week before we had a solid 30 minute conversation of the break down of everything that needed to be done that day. I saw Irving once for 2 seconds, and that was it, and him and his team knew exactly what to do with everything, with absolutely no problem, whether it was dealing with food, on site transition period, set up, serving, take down, they did an amazing job and made our evening stress free. Would highly recommend them to family & friends and will use them in the future if ever need be! Thank you again Prestige Servers & Bartenders!
