We book a Mikey Mouse Bounce Castle for an event at Sound view Park in the Bronx. They was another family there at that location that order a bounce castle also. Same thing not inflated after the delivery guy got his balance in cash. When the delivery guy got his balance in cash n was setting up the bounce castle, the park Ranger came over n told us we couldn't inflate the bounce castle in the park. The bounce was never hook up to the generator or inflated hence we just got a flat mocked bounce castle for eight hours. I call the office to let them know the situation. He said that he was going to contact the driver n get back to me about setting up a refund. 7 hrs later when the driver came back to pick up the deflated bounce castle I ask him if George contacted him about our situation of not using the equipment, so he call the office n spoke to George. He handed me the phone n started yelling at me saying they fulfill they obligation by dropping off the bounce castle. But how is the obligation completed without the bounce castle being inflated n use by the kids at my event. Then it turn into a disrespect conversation on his part by telling me he can only give me $100 back From my to all of $339. The driver gave me back the $240 cash that he got, and now my credit card that was used to make the $100 deposit was still charge $239 by the disrespectful scam artist George.

We paid extra for two charaters and they smelled so bad that the Entertainers were asking our guest for airfreshner at our 3yr old party. When they left the enitr hall smelled horrible. I have 25 parents to back me up.

Unprofessional and they pay people tp remove their negative reviews. I never asked for a refund and they do business as clowns.com too. Just look at how long they've been in business and the few reviews they have online, and they're all good. The only time you get a follow up call is when you post a review stating the facts and they want you to remove it and then put the George the most disrespectful person around on the phone. They claim he's the Manager but his emails list his name as Adolph... they all work under fake names. My review is now inactive on here because I guess they got paid to remove it lol but claims its a software that does it. Check out the BBB this company has a F for their grade. Don't use them these reviews are not factual or at leaset not current reviews. How are you rated #1 when you have only 3 reviews on here 8 on yelp etc?

Where do I start, I hired a magician for my son’s 4th birthday and the magician cancelled on me last minute. Luckily, I found Professional Kids Entertainment and Bobo and Bubbles did an amazing show. To be honest, I was not expecting for them to do so many activities. I loved the face painting, the bubbles, the cotton candy, the balloon animals and the magic show especially with bunny fufu. Thank you so much for an amazing and memorable show, Radu & Family.
