Overview
I am Thunder Bay, Ontario's "King of Comedy" with 12 years as a headlining comedian in the USA and Canada. My comedy is flexible, multicultural and suitable for a variety of urban, rural, and remote populations. I have worked gigs with Country Legend Billy Ray Cyrus, Hair Rockers, Great White, Country Stars, Sawyer Brown, Juno award winners, Digging Roots and Canadian Rock Superstars Loverboy. I am capable of delivering clean family-corporate comedy to rated R material. I am often hired for my MC abilities & as an Indigenous Culture Teacher. I utilize everything from the comedic toolbox including props, impressions, skit, sarcasm, one liners, & storytelling. Call me!

Ron was super flexible and communicated very well with us. We had to reschedule a number of times and he was always nice and willing to come when we got it figured out. Our clients loved him and said they would like him to come back. They were super engaged the whole time and thanked him for his great presentations, games, and talks. Will book again!!

Ron came and did a wonderful job of connecting his stories to this moment. He also brought his daughter and her friend who wore regalia and danced three styles for the audience. His singing voice and rhythm on the big drum were beyond excellent, and he also played the flute. He brought numerous items to add to his presentation including an Eagle staff. He was professional but casual and engaged with those wishing to speak with him. I've spent a lifetime around Indian Country but learned quite a bit listening to his presentation. I give my highest recommendation.

Ron's performance in Long Prairie was incredible. The audience enjoyed his humor, flute solos, drumming and singing. I have already had some requests to get him on the roster again next year. Ron also got the audience to participate in his last piece and invited anyone to stay after and discuss his music and view his instruments. We loved him.

He was extremely friendly. He had a lot of knowledge about the Ojibwe culture and language. His daughter came and made in her regalia and added an interactive experience. He gave multiple looks at the culture through his speaking of his language, playing the hand drum, and the flute. He was amazing. I was so happy that I found him and he was able to come and share his traditions.

Ron presented to K-6 and 7-12 students. He shared information on Ojibwe culture and customs as well as the language. Students were kept engaged for an hour and wished they had more time with Ron.

Ron was the main speaker for our 2019 HOWAH Wellness Event for 400+ White Earth Reservation Business Committee employees. The event was about overall wellness and health and Ron made sure to incorporate that in his show, while using comedy as a teaching for important life lessons.
Ron is a solid guy who communicated well with our event coordinators, showed up well in advance, was super easy to work with and is just in general a great guy. As for his show, Ron cracked everyone up. Ron had everyone laughing so hard you could see mascara running down cheeks and people gasping for air. I can honestly say Ron is more than welcome to visit us again and there have been many requests for him at our next corporate events.
Ron is exceptional and anyone would be lucky to hire him--you rock, Ron!

What to Expect
My material is flexible mixed with stories, one liners, props, impressions and improvisation when necessary. The material can range from clean family material to rated "R" or Blue material. I have a great deal of 1st Nation/Native American perspective material and or multicultural material as well. Flexibility is my strength.
