The Satin Dollz, based in LA, NYC, Nashville, London, Paris and Rome, are a stunning ensemble of singers, tap dancers & downright charming ladies dedicated to delivering an evening of entertainment recalling the golden age of the 1940s and 50s Big Band Swing era. Specializing in authentic retro entertainment, the Satin Dollz are the best choice for special events, patriotic celebrations, WWII USO, Tiki themes and holidays. Available as a singing trio, a la Andrews Sisters, or the full singing & tap dancing act, shows can be customized, large or small scale, according to venue size & budget. 5pc, 9pc and 16pc big bands avail. We put great care and attention toward the entertainment we feature at the 1940s Ball and these girls are some of the best vintage performers out there. Always a treat to feature such talented, beautiful, and charismatic ladies. Our guests are continually impressed and make sure we know how much they look forward to their next performance. The icing on the cake is their manager, Allison who is not only wonderful to work with, but a true visionary with an eye for detail -- the shows she produces for the Dollz are always charming, creative, and full of glamour.

We attended the performance at Polliwog Park in Manhattan Beach on 6/30/2019 with the theme
"Salute to the Troops" The Dollz are something unique, supremely talented and very well directed. The vocals were on point, the dancing and choreography supreme and the band was really swinging. I am a musical theater vocal coach and very much appreciated the beautiful harmonies true to the period. Everyone had a wonderful time. If you are looking for top notch entertainment, don't hesitate to hire them...A class act all the way!!!

The entire experience with Satin Dollz was absolutely fantastic - from the initial event discussions and planning to the performance. Allison was very responsive and takes the time to understand what we're looking for; coordinating with her was so easy. The Dollz are charming, fun, and so talented. There's no substitute for seeing them perform in person. DJ Dr. Nate was also highly professional and efficient with setting up the sound system and playing music through the event. We're very happy to feature them at our annual summer social. This year's event is definitely memorable thanks to the Satin Dollz. I highly recommend.

I hired the girls for our 1940's USO Party for the residents and boy did they deliver! Voices of angels they were! So happy to have them join us at Victoria Springs. They were worth every penny. The girls showed up early and were ready to go. Very professional and easy to work with. I would absolutely bring them back. Full of life and character, you have to see this amazing show!

We had the Satin Dollz perform for our company's 20th Anniversary Party. They planned three short shows spread out throughout the evening, each with a different theme.
The first set won the crowd over so that as showtime approached for the two other performances, the atrium balcony started filling up so people could be assured a great view.
The girls were delightful, talented and appeared to enjoy themselves as much as the audience. After their last show they even stuck around so our guests could have their pictures taken with them.
Thanks Dollz for making our celebration truly memorable. And for anyone reading this review, I guarantee that like us, your expectations will be exceeded and you'll have a wonderful event that will have your guests smiling from ear-to-ear.

I booked the Satin Dollz to perform at Hotel Shangrila's 75th Anniversary event in Santa Monica. The performance and professionalism was outstanding. Truly the cherry on top of a great event.

The Satin Dollz were the PERFECT addition to making our "1940's Golden Era of Hollywood" Holiday Party really come together! The Satin Dollz did an amazing job! From the singing to the choreographed numbers to the tap-dancing, the girls really put on a great show.
Everyone at our law firm has been raving about the event and can’t stop talking about the wonderful performances and entertainment these ladies provided!
Allison made the process extremely smooth and even assisted with the timing and flow for the evening and really paid attention to our needs and wants. We don't do a traditional party that is just mingling, open dancing and dinner but we usually do an entire program and Allison and team really heard our requests and crafted their sets to accommodate our program schedule through out the night!
The Satin Dollz did a topnotch job and performance! The outfit changes, the choice of music and dance numbers just made for a spectacular night!
Look forward to hopefully another wonderful event with The Satin Dollz!

It is always amazing as an event planner to find acts that just make the entire night that much better. The Satin Dollz were so amazing, professional, high energy and just perfect.
I produced a Gatsby Gala for a school and the Satin Dollz performed two sets for the event. Not only were their outfits were so original and fun, all the dancers were beautiful and sweet.
Allison was also beyond helpful throughout the process with suggestions on songs, dances and even helped me book an amazing 1920's band!
I highly recommend them with much love!

I have had the pleasure of working with The Satin Dollz for several years on a fairly consistent basis through my own monthly musical variety show. In my 43 years as a performer I can safely say this is the most versatile and energetic act of its type in North America. All of the girls bring a smile and that extra something to every number they perform and they delight audiences of all age. Given my demograghic runs from 18 to 80, these ladies are always a staple on my show because they bring a polish, professionalism, and a sense of style that is diffcult to find these days. Without a doubt, and I know I speak for my friends at The Bob Hope USO who I do a lot of work with, The Satin Dollz are a must for any program where beauty mixed with talent will take your event to the next level. Personally, I would never work without them because they are simply the best! We have done many shows together and I know we will work again soon.

The Satin Dollz are a fantastic act. Having seen and worked with them dozens of times they always bring a sense of fun with them with great vintage songs, dance routines and now even ukuleles!
They are professional both on and off stage and light up every show with enthusiasm wether appearing with another band or on their own. Thoroughly recommended!!

What to Expect
Audience members are instantly delighted by the Satin Dollz' upbeat and cheerful vocal harmonies and precision tap dancing from the moment they hit the stage. Each Satin Doll(there are a total of 10!) has their own persona and is more charming than the next which allows for audience members to connect with their favorite Satin Doll (or two or three) when they are performing. The Satin Dollz act is appropriate for all ages and types of events and depending on the type of event, an audience member or guest of honor may find themselves as part of the act on stage either serenaded by a bevy of beauties singing and playing their ukuleles or being fought over in the 1930s song "I Want to Be Loved By You."
Clients can expect a professional experience with the Satin Dollz management company, Dollface Entertainment, from all aspects including contract negotiation, travel arrangements (if necessary), tailoring the act specific to the event's needs, coordinating live band if also hired, organizing from start to finish the Dollz arrival, show, and conclusion.
About
From all corners of the United States, our lovely Satin Dollz were brought together on one stage in 2005 to deliver top-notch entertainment reminiscent of the WWII USO Camp Shows from (phone number hidden)7. Since then, their unique combination of varied talents have charmed audiences young and old, stateside and overseas, with their crowd-pleasing tap dance numbers,blended harmonies, stunning beauty, and notably sweet dispositions.
We have Satin Dollz acts based in Los Angeles, New York, London and Rome for convenient traveling and to help with budgeting.
Shows range from 20 minute sets up to 90 minute sets and can be tailored to your event's timeline. For instance, the Dollz can perform a few numbers at a time throughout the event or in larger chunks of time during a meal or after dessert etc. Their manager will work with you to customize a show just right for your event.
Rates vary depending on time, location and whether you prefer using a live band to back up the Dollz act (band can also play during cocktail hour and/or dinner etc).
Other themes Satin Dollz perform in addition to the 1940s USO theme include: 1920s Speakeasy, Havana Nights, Western Vintage, Tiki, cocktail Jazz, and Holiday Swing.
The Satin Dollz are also available for Ukulele-grams (within the Southern California area).

The Satin Dollz perform over 60 numbers from the 1940s big band era. In addition, the Satin Dollz also perform numbers from the 1920s, 30s, 50s and 60s.
Influences & Inspiration
The Satin Dollz are a combination of the Andrews Sisters and the Rockettes- gorgeous girls, gorgeous gams, and gorgeous harmonies. Influences include classsics such as the Andrews Sisters as well as big band greats such as Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Cab Calloway and Benny Goodman; spectacular songbirds such as Sarah Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald, Keely Smith, Peggy Lee and we can't forget Bing Crosby, Louis Prima, Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin.. ..list goes on and on! Favorite movies of ours include the chorus girls in Singin' In The Rain, Swingers, For The Boys and anything that has tap dancing chorus girls in it!!
