I am a natural building educator from Colorado. I inspire groups and individuals on how to build their own tiny house using more natural materials such as industrial hemp with a lime based binder. We motivate people to learn more about the many uses of the industrial hemp plant and how to enter this exciting new industry.

I am a natural building educator from Colorado. A few years ago I discovered a new way to build a more natural and more comfortable structure. After attending green building workshops and studying natural and green building materials I discovered that we really did not have much to work with. I realized that our “green” building industry had grown to a point that more materials were being purchased and more subcontractors were driving to more job sites to accomplish the goal of keeping all the air in the house. I knew that there must be a better way. So I found a workshop that was to teach me all about this new way to build that was using a natural material and the structure would end up a carbon sequestering structure. This new material was not so new, in fact it is used extensively in Europe and is growing in its use worldwide. The system is a monolithic thermal wall system that replaces drywall, insulation, exterior boarding, house wrap, siding, caulk, standard paints all with one monolithic thermal wall system that is more comfortable because it maintains a more constant indoor air temperature which also makes it more efficient, very durable and long lasting, extremely resistant to mold, mildew, insect and rodent infestation and is a non-combustible material on top of that. What is the natural material that we use? Industrial hemp with a lime binder.
Being a teacher at heart and finding something that was such a positive thing for the future of our home building industry I knew I had to share. So I started teaching workshops in my local area using these methods and I had fun doing it and everybody seemed to enjoy it. Next, I reached out nationally and I got hired to teach workshops in Robesonia, Pennsylvania, Grand Rapids Michigan, Lincoln Nebraska, Santa-fe New Mexico. My most recent workshop was near Krakow Poland and Regina, SK, Canada. We are part of a global mission of bringing back agricultural based economy to these areas. We would like to come to your area and help you discover this amazing resource.
I am now scheduling my 2017 calendar and I am available to speak at your event. Please let me know if you have speaking spots available and the best way to join in your movement. I take very seriously my mission to educate. I strive to share relevant and useful information through a fun and engaging inspirational format that has proved popular among those that have attended my workshops and seminars.
