David was our bartender for our wedding reception over Labor Day 2022 weekend. He was responsive, courteous, and attentive to our requests. He committed to a long drive from the Seattle area to our venue near Leavenworth. Thanks for making our special day run smoothly!
We hired David for our wedding a couple of days ago. He was amazing through this whole process. He responds FAST. We had tons of questions for him and he was on top of it.
So many of our guests told us how much they loved him and that he had great stories. I honestly hope that I get to see him at another event, so I can chat more than I was able to as the bride.
And our signature drinks? Delicious. Exactly what we were hoping for!

He arrived late, he couldn't make our signature drink and he would let me mix it together for him to serve which is what the venue told me to do, we told him 3 times how to make a Malibu sunset which is only 3 ingredients and he couldn't do that. Guests were mad cuz it took him so long to make drinks some people were in line for 20-30 minutes. He would open several of the same thing instead of using all of one thing before opening another. For example he had 3 sprits open and 2 of the same wines open all of which had only a tiny bit gone. My husband(the groom) tried to introduce himself and he was rude to him. One of our guests decided to go behind the bar and take alcohol which he shouldn't have done and he got kicked out for doing that but cuz of that the bartender said he was done and leaving and by the venue rules if the bartender closes down for something like that we have to close the event altogether so my wedding ended one and a half hours early.

Thank you for your review we do apologize that your bartender wasn’t up to our standards and will do a better job with our training, the bartender told me he never got a chance to meet the bride or the groom as well. We did speak with the Venue owner that provided some valuable information of what happened and spoke with the bartender at hand. We were told that some instances of some state laws we trying to be swayed by the grooms father and tried to push the bartender to break the law by asking for bottles of whiskey and also told our bartender to leave and that the bar was shut down and then the father started to pour drinks which was breaking the law since he was not licensed as a bartender. Our bartenders try not to over pour on drinks that’s why the glasses were half full, also the guests were asking for ice in their wine so the bartender was doing his best to serve the guest. The bartender also informed me to many guests were doing shots which we highly DO NOT RECOMMEND at a wedding due to guests getting to drunk at the event. We also do take responsibility for the arrival of the bartender at hand he did tell us that he felt that there were to many signature drinks and it would take to much time to pour. We do recommend only one signature drink because of time. We do apologize that the bartender didn’t know where his supplies were when serving. He did say the tub of beer was moved because state law says the bartender must serve the beer to the guests. He also did say that the consumption of 3 large patron bottles, 3 large grey goose bottles of vodka and 1 Jameson Whiskey was consumed in 2 hours which was a large consumption in a short amount of time. We do understand that some things could have been handled better and we will do our best in the future to train our bartenders better and we do thank you for not giving us a bad review as well.
