The first step in our process is a consultation with the client on their specific needs such as visual content, timeframes, and the size of the installation. Once all details have been established, one of our technicians will bring our equipment to the event site roughly two hours before the event's start time for setup. Once our projectors are running, the technician will be on hand to operate the equipment throughout the entirety of the booking. Beyond that, there is nothing left for our client to do than enjoy the immersive experience that we provide and watch the look of awe on the faces of their guests! Once the event is over, our technician will take down our equipment and be on his way.

Founded by DJ, musical artist, and entrepreneur Xavier Maymi, VX Holo is the first regionally-based modular holographic projection company in the Northeast. In awe of the incorporation of holograms in music festivals, Xavier sought to bring the same magic to the average consumer with affordability at the forefront. Thus, in the summer of 2023, VX Holo was born. We take any graphic or visual our client desires and transform it into a scalable 3D hologram for their event. Our services work for any kind of live event, including but not limited to birthdays, weddings, corporate events, trade shows, fashion shows, small-scale musical performances, and more. With our technology's limitless application, there's always a place for VX Holo to shine.

We require a five-foot radius of space from wherever our projectors are located for the safety of event attendees as well as our equipment. We do have the capability to sync our holograms to audio, though this will require additional planning before the event. The minimum size we can accommodate currently is a 25" inch projector, while the maximum size we can accommodate (currently) is an installation that is 9ft tall and 5ft wide. Given the size of our installations, all of our clients are required to sign a liability waiver which ensures that we take all security safeguards to protect both attendees and our equipment.
