We had WHOZYAMAMA play a backyard birthday party/crawfish boil and they put on such a great show that we're already figuring out how to see them perform again. Not only was the music amazing, but they're such down to earth, good folks. We had so much fun. Highly recommend!
Response from WHOZYAMAMA Cajun and Zydeco Band:
Thanks Mark! Such wonderful family and friends you have in your neighborhood. We look forward to it!
They were on time and ready to perform. They were very attentive to the scope of the project and easy to communicate with. Thank you.
Response from WHOZYAMAMA Cajun and Zydeco Band:
Thank you, Sunny! It was a pleasure working with you!
Loved every second
These are fine musicians who will get your hips moving and your spirit soaring. I love their heart opening, joyful music. So wish they played more shows in Seattle. I wish for them to have a regular gig at a Seattle venue but would travel anywhere in a 3 state radius to experience their music. It’s that fine.
We were so lucky for Claudette and Tami to travel with us in Cuba. They brought their instruments and played, entertaining both us and the local Cubans. It was a time never to forget. Cayo Largo Cuba. Had to put in Miami to post
These guys were great. They were like family by the end of the evening
They played our backyard party 5 years ago and we had them back this year. Very fun band. Gave us a dance lesson. They played without amplification for our party -- were set up in minutes and then playing. We'll probably see them in another 5 years!
I was at that Party, Made Ribs for the party, Best Cajun music in Seattle, Trying to book em for my BBQ blow this July, Robert Hymel waiting for a quote rhymel@triton-marine.com, 360-509-5911
I booked Whozyaman for my wife's 50th birthday party, we hired Sean Donovan to teach Cajun dance lessons. We had some much fun, many of our guest said "great band where did you find them", my cousin texted me this morning and asked me how to book them for his next party. If you want to have fun, dance, and enjoy good folk music, these gals/guys are the trick. Oh did I say authentic, the lead singer is from Dulac LA. Dulac is at the end of the world in the French-est part of Louisiana.
Response from WHOZYAMAMA Cajun and Zydeco Band:

First-- the tune will catch them as something different--the rhythm is unique and the words are cajun french. Then they will notice the accordion, rubboard, triangle, fiddle-- all elements louisiana music .
Soon, they'll want to move--- it's all about the dancing!! We strive to make it accessible to those who maybe have never heard or danced to this type of music by offering a very simple dance lesson by our own cajun--Claudette. She makes if fun and easy. Guest especially enjoy her accent and passion for the music. Those familiar with the genre, will immediately appreciate our authenticity and committment to the traditional style of this wonderful music that all of us have studied and played for over 20 years. Clients can expect our band to be prompt, professional and dressed appropriately for the event.

Thanks!! Tami Allen
If we are playing acoustically, we just need a sheltered location and chair.
If we are playing with our own sound system, we need power, shelter and a space 10' by 8' to set up. It takes us at least an hour to set up sound.
If the event is providing sound, we need a 12 channel mixer, 4 Direct-ins, 3 vocal mics.
