Alice Murphy is one of the most morose and unpleasant characters on the TV show, Workaholics — or possibly any other show. She’s what you get when you mix a bad day, a bad temper, and an unsatisfying desk job, then manifest them in human form. She’s not the kind of person you would want to get lunch with.
Maribeth Monroe, who plays Alice Murphy on Comedy Central, is much the opposite: charming, charismatic, and extremely talented. She joins us in the GigSalad Greenroom to discuss her role as Alice, her path to success, and a few other projects she has coming out soon, including an upcoming blockbuster called Keeping Up With the Joneses.
