Bronwyn Beth is an electric violinist who believes in music’s ability to bring people together. For over 15 years she has been providing music for events along the east coast with a refreshing, modern take on your favorite songs. Her extensive training and experience means she can play almost any request and will make your party memorable for every guest. Whether she is performing a Vivaldi concerto, fiddling a bluegrass tune, or covering Boyz II Men in a wedding processional, Bronwyn strives to bring the joy and healing power of music to every audience.
We hired Bronwyn for an an outdoor arts opening exhibition and she was outstanding. We received many comments about the violinist - all extremely positive! At least one colleague has already hired Bronwyn for an upcoming event, and no doubt there will be others!

When you book me, I'll add you to my client portal. Through my portal you can sign up for a zoom call with me to talk through music selection and event details. You can also message me or take notes about what music you would like me to perform so we can easily stay on the same page. I have song lists that you can use to pick your music, but I'm also happy to learn requests if you want something you don't see on the list!
On the day of the event, I'll come about 45-60 minutes ahead of time to set up and touch base with you or your event planner. My set up is quick (5-10 minutes) and I provide my own sound system for the event as well.
Bronwyn Beth Livezey is a Philadelphia-based violinist who believes in music’s ability to bring people together. She grew up playing folk and bluegrass music and now specializes in electric violin. Her training includes a B.M. and M.M. in violin performance from West Chester University and Temple University respectively.
While at West Chester University, Bronwyn spent several semesters as Concertmaster and Co-concertmaster of the West Chester Symphony and Chamber Orchestras. She also studied under Sylvia Ahramjian, a graduate of The Julliard School and a prior student of Ivan Galamian.
Other teachers include Rebecca Ansel, principle second violin of the Pennsylvania Ballet and violinist for the Walnut Street Theatre; Philadelphia Orchestra member Hirono Oka; as well as Dr. Aisha Dossumova and Dr. Joseph Kauffman, both former students of Dr. Eduard Schmieder.
Bronwyn's passion for connecting with her audiences drives her work, and her versatile performances have ranged from the holiday events of Suburban Square to the stage of the Kimmel Center. She plays frequently with the band Box of Books, and has opened for bluegrass legends Ricky Skaggs and the Watkins Family Hour. Whether she is performing a Vivaldi concerto, fiddling a bluegrass tune, or covering Boyz II Men in a wedding processional, she strives to bring the joy and healing power of music to every audience.
