The New Creole Jazz Band plays the upbeat, syncopated music of around 1915 through the early 1940s, "The Jazz Age", in a New Orleans style.
The New Creole Jazz Band are consummate professionals. They promptly responded to emails, have an enormous playlist to choose from. They showed up on time and played their hearts out. The crowd absolutely loved them. Quite a charming group of talented musicians, very easy to work with, and worth every penny. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
I live in Springfield, Missouri and have had the pleasure of listening to the New Creole Jazz Band on several occasions during their regular "gigs". I can say that they are a great band with a diverse play list. Their demeanor is pleasant and agreeable and they play requests when they can. Featuring a nice, clean show, these guys lend a fun and festive air to any event without being overbearing and obnoxious. I can recommend them highly. If you love this genre of music, this is the band for you!

Fun, upbeat, family-friendly presentation of early American jazz often known as "Dixieland jazz", "traditional jazz", "classic jazz", "1920s jazz", etc. The typical band is our full, six-piece group, but we often play as a trio or quartet version as well.
The New Creole Jazz Band is a talented ensemble of professional musicians from Southwest Missouri that specializes in the upbeat, syncopated music of around 1915 through the 1920s, "The Jazz Age". The group's popularity comes from its energetic renditions of a wide variety of infectious, toe-tapping music including New Orleans-style Dixieland jazz, "hot" dance music, ragtime, and "Roaring 20s" music.
If the presentation is acoustic, we have no technical needs other than enough room to set up (about 10'x15'). If we are bringing our sound system, we'll need one electric wall socket.
