The 2B1 band provides musical entertainment for all occasions including but not limited to weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, banquets, festivals, casinos, concerts and private parties. The type of music spans across the entire genre from the Top 40, Blues, R&B, Smooth Jazz, Funk, Hip Hop, Pop, Reggae and Rock.

If an audience came to see the 2B1 they would see a four (4) piece band with a drummer, keyboardist, guitarist and bassist) along with three (3) vocalist. The band would play a variety of top 40 and cover songs for a minimum of one (1) set up to a maximum of three (3) sets where each set is a duration of one (1) hour. The band typically provides a minimal set of lighting that consists of two (2) Chauvet Gigbar 2 light kits as needed for private gigs when no lighting is available at the venue. The band has a dedicated sound engineer that consults with the venue to insure proper setup of the musical equipment needed for the band.

Vocalist -Jinda Tuwisha Marie Harris
From Springfield Ohio. Born into a family of musical influences such as, her Uncle Aarron Blackman the lead guitarist and songwriter for Zapp, Cindy Blackman- Santana, Drummer for Lenny Kravitz whom is also married to the legendary Carlos Santana.
Jinda has been singing her heart out since the age of 2. She grew up listening to and idolizing some of the greats such as Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Prince, Stacey Lattisaw, Teena Marie, Brian McKnight, Denise Williams and Minnie Riperton. She was blessed to work as a background singer with the late great Ollie Woodson of The Temptations.
Vocalist - Micki Sweet
Born and raised in Denver Colorado. Her earliest memories are riding with her sister in their aunt's Cadillac, windows down, listening to Etta James, Al Green, Johnny Taylor and Aretha Franklin. Her aunt would say "Sing girl!". Micki has been singing ever since. It was this early exposure to soul and blues music that influences Micki's musical style.
Micki has sang at many venues in the DFW area. Recently she released her first single titled "I’d Rather Be Single".
Keyboards - Bedzin
A native of New Orleans, Matt Bedzin has excelled in music mediums as diverse as Jazz, Rhythm & Blues, and Rock. His many years of performing experience have given Matt a practical sense and appreciation for the needs of each musical type.
Matt has performed in concert with such national acts as Dennis Edwards & The Temptations, Lenny Williams, formerly lead singer with Tower of Power, G. C. Cameron, formerly lead singer with the Spinners, Myles Jaye, The Jones Girls, Gene Chandler, Ollie Woodsen, Jimmy Bohorne, Love Doctor, Linda Lawrence & the Supremes, King Floyd, and Freddie Jackson. Matt has also been the opening act for such national acts as Aretha Franklin, Frankie Beverly & Maze, Alexander O’Neil, Johnny Taylor, Millie Jackson, B.B. King, Kris Kristofferson, Zap, Ohio Players, Sherelle, Tyrone Davis, The S.O.S. Band, The Barkays and with such local acts as Jean Knight, Irma Thomas, Tony Owens, Philip Manuel, Lionel Robinson and The City News Band, Funk2, The Bedzin Project, and with Maddy Rose and SoulMix.
Guitar - Wayne Blue
A native of Dallas, Wayne’s musical background consists of various diverse genres, such as Rhythm & Blues, Classic Rock, Reggae, Soul, Contemporary Jazz, Funk and Cover/ Tribute. He has performed with and opened up shows with various National/International Recording Artists such as Roger Troutman & Zapp, The O’ Jays, Millie Jackson, Phyllis Hyman, Pieces Of A Dream, R.J’s Latest Arrival, B.B King, Bobby Bland, The Bar Kays and Michael Henderson.
Bass - Cedrick Barnes
Grew up in Chicago. Started his journey into the music field in the marching band. Initially coveted the trumpet, french horn and piano but eventually developed a strong passion for playing the bass guitar. Cedrick was influenced by Verdine White, Victor Wooden, Stanley Clark and Marcus Miller. He plays all styles of music from smooth Jazz and Pop to Blues, RnB and Funk. Cedrick has such a deep passion for playing the bass and when he's on stage it shows.
Drummer - Jesse Crawford
A seasoned drummer with a real appreciation for the art of music. Jesse career ranges from creating drum beats and tracks to unforgettable drumming performances. With his headphones and sticks he has held the beat from arenas to theaters, churches and stadiums. Jesse exudes great showmanship and expresses a great passion for drums and education.
