Depending on your needs I may provide a powerpoint (digital) presentation and handouts.
The presentation will be recorded and provided on a thumbdrive (or other digital format) as requested.
Generally I do not require any special lighting, staging, or sound equipment. However with larger groups (over 20 people) I find having a microphone and screen to view the presentation can add a great deal to the impression the audience receives.
If it would make it easier for the group I am happy to provide my own computer & projector.
For smaller local events I can also provide a microphone/speaker as well as a projector screen and all extension cords.
