Allison was really great! She responded quickly to all my inquiries and was very professional the entire time. The sketches were a big hit for adults and kids alike and she was able to do about 25 kids or so in the time frame which was perfect. This was for a first communion event. It was a great way to add a unique flair to our event! Don’t hesitate to book her!

There’s a story to my meeting Alison for the first time, and it only speaks to her gregarious, fun, dynamic nature. We got the venue late for setup, so to say I was peeved is an understatement. Cue Alison in all her fabulousness! She was right on time, dressed to impress, and ready to set up! In my daze, I mistook her for a quick second for the venue manager and started venting about the late start. Alison whipped out her notebook with the booking specs and said, “Oh, I am the ARTIST, my dear!” That instantly lightened the mood. After I profusely apologized, we hugged it out and off she went to begin sketching. From the first two adorable little sisters in matching burgundy to the fashion-forward engaged couple and everyone in between, a constant stream of guests lined up to be sketched. And boy, did Alison deliver! She was professional, friendly, creative, and always gracious. She definitely brought the talent to our Jazzy Renaissance party. I would work with her again in a heartbeat. You absolutely ROCK, Alison!

We can turn off the cares of life, the problems, the work..... and Enjoy our lives instead. That's what a Party is for. Alison was incredible. She painted nearly 30 children in 2 hours and everyone had so much fun. Alison is super talented has a wonderful spirit and we can't wait to use her again soon. Highly recommended!

Alison did a great job of captivating our employees during a summer outing with her hand-drawn temporary tattoos. Lines were long as most of our big group were excited to get their custom artwork. Was a fun and different way to entertain people during an outdoor summer employee day. Would recommend to work with. Very responsive and flexible.

I also want to clarify ~ for our readers here at Gig Salad ~ that it wasn't exactly a Line of Guests waiting to be decorated. They were comfortably zigzagged ~ drinks in hand and talking with each other while waiting their turn. Same as if they were standing around the bar ~ but they had the added excitement of my FREEHAND TATTOOS.

Turns out the Everybody gets dressed up for the Party. Men and Boys and Girls are just as likely as Women to be conscious of how they look. So FASHION SKETCHES turn out to be Entertaining for People of All Ages.
Artist usually arrives about 30 minutes before the scheduled Drawing time.
To Set Up for the best possible entertainment for each individual Party.
It's best if she's right in with the Party ~ right where the Action is. It's an Option for Guests to come over to the FASHION SKETCH Artist, just like they might be going to a smorgasbord table or a lounge area. Guests can feel real Special while they're being looked at. And the Artist tries to Set Up in such a way that other Guests can See the Artwork as it is being created. This is a chance to see a Real Artist at work. In the zone.
Artist Alison has had a lot of Experience in determining the best position for 'People Flow'. Each venue is different, and she usually arrives early ~ to have time to determine how to Set Up her Supplies for the Best Possible Party Experience. She can draw with just what she brings, but her favorite Ste Up is if the Venue can provide us with 3 Chairs (Yes with Backs, but No arms on the Chairs)
The FASHION SKETCHES are usually drawn with Markers and Color Sticks on Large Heavy Paper.
Or you can order that the FASHION SKETCHES be drawn Digitally ~ It's great to see how the Artist navigates the digital tools, and the small Glossy Prints look great. (slightly higher price than Markers on Paper).
Party Entertainment Ideas Inc feels glad to offer you FASHION SKETCHES. An Upscale option that helps the Party last longer than the Party. The pictures go home with the Guests ~ frequently favorites to be displayed for weeks, months, years........

Hello ~ My name is Alison, and I work at Party Entertainment Ideas Inc. It just always felt natural for me to interact with people by drawing them.
I made Caricatures for many years, which was where I fell in to drawing FASHION SKETCHES one day ~I caricatured the Guests' Clothing, and they loved it.
I felt so surprised by how quickly it caught on. I felt like I invented a new type of party entertainment. FASHION SKETCHES.

Setup Requirements
Artist can draw with just what she brings, but it is best if Venue can provide us with 4 Chairs (Yes with Backs, but No arms) in the Main Party Room. NOT in front of a Window. 6' x 6' Preferred, but Not required.
