Bill was an absolute star! He arrived exactly on time and was kind enough to wear his full Highlander Dress, complete with ostrich feather bonnet. His authentic dress uniform is very impressive. Our family and friends really enjoyed his visit especially our grown son as it was his birthday celebration.
