Great communication - he replied back when I texted to confirm. Arrived fully dressed and had to sit out in the lobby so the kids would not see him because the room we needed him to be in was in the back of the venue. Loved Loved Loved that he was quick with the kids - asked what they wanted, if they wanted a pic and then Merry Christmas. First time we ever got done with Santa in an hour for about 100 kids. Highly Recommend

Santa and Mrs. Claus were incredible. They sat on stage for three hours and took photos in a hot gym with over 600 people. They were kind and sweet and made everyone smile. Their costuming was beautiful and they were thoughtful, prompt and communicative. We loved working with them!
