The balloon artist never showed up. I had left a message twice to confirm our appointment. Never heard back from them. I had earlier contacted someone at a different number and it happened to be the make up artist of the group. Luckily I kept that number. After waiting over 1/2 hour, I tried to reach the 819# GigSalad gave as the contact number and still got no answer I tried the 613# that I found. I spoke with the "make up" artist about the appointment for the balloon artist, she said they never received any paperwork from GigSalad regarding our appointment and unfortunately they had no balloon artist to come to our event!!

I will never work with GigSalad again and I expect a FULL REFUND INCLUDING THES "SERVICE CHARGE" since I received NO service from your company. Please confirm a receipt indicating that my credit card has been fully refunded in the amount of $135.00 deposit + $135.00 balance + $22.00 service fee for a total of $292.00 I can be reached at 613-834-8855 or barb@barbpaquette.com
