I highly recommend working with Shannon as a Coach, the program she provided was 3 different sessions. We did breath work and getting to the root of issues, Im not much for crying but my emotions came up and out in a healthy and safe way. She provided the space and tools necessary for the breakthrough I received. By the end of the sessions there was a strength test and she made me a a routine that I can use after all of the sessions were over so I can continue to heal and receive on my own! She is worth your time, worth the money, literally no regrets all thankfulness over!!
