More than 1 month after they failed to provide a live streaming service, the refund is still not processed. We gave them time to be professional and honest about it. Now, They really deserve 1 star.
NB: We were told the refund was processed on January 29th 2023. Today is March 3rd 2023. The refund is never really processed. In 7 years dealing with all types of business in Utah, California, Nevada, it is the first time, we are having that type of issue related to a refund.

Julia, I indicated to you that my credit card company shows the refund processed. I even sent you the documentation from their records. The CC company told me that a refund is totally up to your bank, not them once they process it. Do you see the charge first on your bank statement and not the refund or are you just looking to see the refund on your statement? I'm happy to talk to the CC company again but it isn't something that we control once we put the refund in.
I've worked with Aardvark on several video projects and they are consistent and are the most prepared videograpgers I have ever met. If you need high quality video and sound these are the guys to talk to. No corporate event is to big! They can handle your live streaming even! Excellent customer service! They adapt the any changing requirements!
