I have been writing songs, singing and playing guitar for about 18 years now, and playing little gigs in bars, restaurants and coffee houses around Saint Louis.
I took a bit of a hiatus from performing, as I've been working in the restaurant/bar industry steadily for the last 10 or so years, while still finding some time to write songs and practice.
All the newly emerging research on neuroscience, neuroplasticity and self teaching/learning have inspired me to dive into a number of projects including, coding, general tech classes, and certainly caused a resurgence in my musical life, So I am practicing a lot of jazz, a lot of old songs from the great American songbook and beyond.
