Gail Kasper was raised in the school of hard knocks. From humbling beginnings, at the age of 19, Gail dropped out of college and moved from Philadelphia to California with no job, no car, and no place to call home. She had two thousand dollars to her name. She landed a minimum wage job, working as a receptionist for an enterprise with multiple companies and expanded her skills by working overtime for free. She worked seven days a week; typically 16-hour days.

After five years on the West Coast, she moved back to the Philadelphia area, still putting in those 16-hour days. To earn a management promotion, she was required to finish her degree. Coming from a traditional management mentality, she decided to write her final thesis on leadership. As she learned about progressive leadership, she fell in love with the idea of helping her team achieve excellence in their lives. This led her to further develop her skills as a speaker and trainer and to work at one of the world’s largest training organizations, leaving behind a stable $55K/year salary position to work as a sales representative and trainer for 100% commission. When she accidentally cold-called a local television show and they were looking for a host for their show, she fought for that opportunity every day for 3 months. She was fired from the training organization when she landed the spot on the show and with no money in the bank and no one to call for help, that day she became the owner of Gail Kasper Television LLC.

Since that time, with Gail’s unique ability to dig deep and understand human behavior, she has pioneered multiple life and business revenue-generating systems. She is the creator of Cockatoo Selling, a unique new selling system that offers advanced sales techniques; and the Systematic Attitude Development-Technique™️, a process that teaches people how to get logical in the face of emotion so that they get unstuck, take action and achieve their goals.
