Booked and prepaid for service. Tried to call to review needs as courtesy and the number in the profile was incorrect. When I tried to circle back two weeks before the event, I was informed that the artist canceled. No call, no email or any outreach to check first! This artist left me in a bind for a corporate event. To make matters worse, she called me unprofessional and shared she’d tell all artists in her community not to work with me! My role is supporting clients and customers and in 35 years have never received a response like this! Buyer beware!
