Photographer was polite, curious and approachable
Photographer was available, to guest that requested photos taken of them and their families. She was available upon request. She was pleasant, polite and sensitive to moments. My suggestion for the photographer that was present, is to explore venue first, speak to event coordinator ask for advice in finding areas to take quality pictures. Or seek out created areas that would make a great picture scenery or back drop. Lighted areas especially.
Get more involved ask guest or suggest to take a picture in a certain way? I think it would help her tap into her creative side of her profession.

We were there on time to walk the Red Carpet but the photographer was missing. 😳😩We hope that the photos that were taken turn out fabulous.

Hi Leslie, we do apologize for your experience with your hired photographer, but we did speak to her, and she did say that she was on time, and has proof, that she was not late. We have call logs, and GPS data for her arrival time. She did mention she had some technical issues at the beginning of the event, and had to step out for 10 minutes, and when she came back, she offered, and did stay 15 minutes after her scheduled time to leave. All of the photos that our team reviewed showed photos of your guest on the red carpet.
We had a company event in Miami, FL and hired Kurt to take some corporate photos of the team. From start to finish, Kurt was great! His responses were always timely and he happily hopped on an initial call to discuss ideas and logistics. On the day of the event, Kurt was punctual and patient as we cycled through the group (there were 23 of us) to get everyone's photo taken. He even let us review the photos to make sure we were happy with them. Our digital download was ready within a week. If you're looking for an efficient and professional photographer, I highly recommend Kurt. Would happily work with him again!

Communication was great, very responsive, but the quality of the pictures was not to our standards. They took 4 days to edit, and the final product did not look like it was edited. We wanted lighter tones, blurred backgrounds, and pictures with a focus point, and that's not what we received.

Great Experience on multiple events, pending final photo's but service was great, and turned up on time everytime.
