Mike came to do my baby shower after the dj we booked cancelled 3 days before the event. I was stressed and nervous and didn’t know what to do. Luckily my husband went to High School with Dj Mike and asked him if he could come in last second. Mike came and tour the place down literally. He had everyone dancing all the way through to the point it felt more like a wedding reception than a baby shower. He played Disco, 70s hits, 80s and 90s pop and dance classic. Even my mother wanted him to come back and do her 70 birthday party. He’s easily the best Dj I’ve ever heard and hired

I did a surprise birthday party for my husbands 40th birthday party and was referred to Mike by a friend who knew him. We are Nigerian so for us Afrobeat is our sound. It’s not easy am finding Djs that cater to it well so when we got Mike it was great. As soon as the party started Mike left his mark with hit after hit after hit. He left everyone sweating from dancing so much. I loved his song selection and didn’t have to tell him what to play.

Born in Queens and raised on Long Island, AfroVibes DJ carries a rich cultural heritage. His parents hail from the Democratic Republic of Congo, granting him fluency in the French language. This linguistic ability adds an extra layer of charm to his performances, enabling him to connect with diverse audiences on a deeper level.
