Artist shall provide:
- Use of quality natural henna paste (henna paste and materials are property of artist) 
Paste Ingredients: Natural henna powder, clove bud oil, lemon juice, and sugar
- All materials needed for henna application
- Aftercare instructions
- Henna application for agreed upon time
- Profession demeanor appropriate for your event

Client shall provide:
- Sufficient lighting (henna is delicate work and requires excellent lighting)
- Adequate space for artist to work including a table and two chairs
- Bathroom access
- Close parking or unloading zone (client is responsible for any parking and/or entry fees)

Liability Statement & Safety
Artist agrees to only use the highest quality safe ingredients in henna paste. Absolutely no PPD (para-phenylenediamine) or any harmful chemical additive will be used in artists henna paste. A list of ingredients will be provided for each person to see. It is the individuals’ responsibility to check for sensitivities or allergies. Artist is not liable for any allergic reactions.
Artist will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to property or clothing from henna stains.

Supervision
Children’s behavior and safety is not the responsibility of the artist. Children/guests are not allowed to touch products or equipment. Henna paste and materials are property of artist. Please keep children/guests from jostling the table, henna artist, or guests getting henna.

Working Conditions
Artist requires a clean well lit area with enough space that neither the artist nor guests will be jostled or bumped. Choose an area away from DJ’s, bands, and any aggressive activity. A table and two chairs should be provided. If client cannot provide these, artist will provide them with a charge of $20 with advance notice. 

For outdoor events, excellent lighting and weather protection are required. Requests for designs or areas of the body that the artist deems inappropriate will be denied. The artist reserves the right to leave if artist feels unsafe or abused in any way.

Photo Consent and Release
By having your guests hennaed, you agree to allow any photographic images to be used in marketing materials. Names are never revealed. Artist agrees to allow photographs to be taken while working for you personal use or for you to market a future event.
