Al is a solo acoustic performer who strives for a “relaxed, campfire atmosphere” whenever possible. Al can move seamlessly between soulful R&B hits by artists like Bill Withers and old school country standards by Merle Haggard. Al particularly loves taking songs from the 70’d and 80’s and putting his own spin on them, while keeping them familiar to all who know them. Expect upbeat stuff, but also the occasional ballad done with the care and attention of a professional.
