Welcome to the wonderful world of Alchemy Performing Arts, where the elements become art. We are dedicated to providing your event, party, or film with professional entertainment. We aim to inspire you with our custom costumes, entertain with diverse talent, and over 12 years experience in the business. We are committed to your event's success and will work with you to plan out an immersive experience and flow with the theme of special event. Our performers use the elements, earth, air, fire, and water in their shows. Our mermaids, LED dancers, and circus artists will bring your vision to life!

Firstly, it was a pleasure to coordinate with Melissa for this event. There was a slight hiccup with a performer change but she was proactive and reached out right away and let us know she would find an alternative performer. Aside from finding a great alternate performer she also ended up being the safety coordinator for the event.
Kira is a beautiful performer with an infectious smile and her grace with the props was effortless. Her skills with fire breathing, fire eating, and working with multiple props was amazing. Her outfit made her look like tinkerbell and we thought it was adorable. This was our first time ever hiring a performer and also trying out gigsalad and it was a blessing and wonderful find. We definitely recommend this company at your next gig if you're looking to spice things up.
They were extremely professional and absolutely entertaining. Thank you, Melissa and Kira, for bringing such a lively performance to our event.

The dangers were polished, beautiful and put on a really wonderful dance piece. I loved that everyone got to take pictures with them after the show! My husband's 40th birthday was superb and Alchemy Performing Arts put it over the top!

We had an awesome performance by Jasmine and her LED glowing hula hoop. It made the event so much more special. We had to reschedule the event because of a bad storm in the original date and Alchemy was extremely flexible and understanding.

What to Expect
All gigs will have makeup and hair done upon arrival with costume change at event.
For the wow factor back door arrival is recommended.
Duos, Trios, and Group acts upon request for additional rate
Rigger possible requirement
Mer wrangler, Fire safety REQUIRED
Aerialist - Watch me and my hoop or Lollipop fly 5/7 min sets in the hoop with spin and 15-30 min rest between sets
*Rigger may be suggested depending rigging height.
Mermaid - Smiling face and full silicone tail and top. Wet events in water with a total of one hour in the pool in 15 min sets in and 15-30 min out poolside. On land only dry events for the best photo opportunities.
Please state the ideal photo sessions for photo taking up to 30 min with 15- min break thought out event.
*Mer wrangler is Required for safety and transport
Fire - Be mesmerized with the allure of fiery props. Burns typically last 3-5 min with individual or multiple props upon request and payment. Potential props include
Gyro Hoop
Palm torches
Duo palm touches
Fans
Mini swords

LED - Be dazzled by LED lit props including, Isis wings, Led whips, and Gyro hoop
Prop will be used as an ambient flow with costume correlating to your event. Sets last for 15-20 min on and off throughout the event with 15-30 min breaks.
Dance - Wether it be gogo, fluid modern movement, or belly dance I will be there to help keep the energy up with the best vibes for your dance floor. Sets are 15-20 min with 15 min break.

About
With over 10 years professional experience preforming, (link hidden)chemy has made it her lifes work to give her clients the best expirerencs to remember.
Her journey started in 2010 when she began gogo dancing for clubs in the DC metro area.
Along the way she started teaching Yoga and grew her performance repertoire with learning Aerial Hoop, LED, and even adding Fire!
Thorough the years she has traveled to preform all over the DC Metro Area, Public clubs, Private events, Family festivals and even made her way on Bravo TV.
She truly hopes to inspire everyone to find their talents and bring them out to shine.
Additional Booking Notes
When It comes to my performances safety is way up there
Mer Wrangler - A REQUIRED additional person who's job is to ensure the safety of both mermaid and guests as well as assist with tail care
Fire Safety - an additional person on site to assist in fire prep and post show is REQUIRED
Rigger - an additional person for rigging when rigging point is over 12 feet
Services Offered
Setup Requirements
Green room (not only bathroom) access for set up and cool down pre and post event
I will bring my 12 foot rig for aerial is there is no safe rigging point already on site
I will have full mermaid tail and dolly for me to roll my way into photo area or pool
Additional Safety for Fire and Mermaid events on site. Rigger may be required for mobile rig or ceilings higher than 12 feet. Access to scissor lift and or ladder provided by client if ceiling over 12 feet
