I am a solo versatile artists delivering beautiful Spanish guitar songs ( makes my act unique) followed by popular cover songs with back-tracks to deliver a full sound for restaurant listening music, dancing, parities, special events and clubs. For parties & events with dancing, I play plenty of covers from the 60's & 70's some 80 & 90s and even 50s if desired.
Alec was such an excellent choice for a surprise party I was hosting this past weekend. He was prompt on arrival, and set up quickly. The music he played was absolutely perfect to the event we were having, and I got loads of compliments from the guests about it! Alec is super friendly, easy to talk to, and even sweated it out on my back patio in the crazy humidity and heat without a single complaint. Will absolutely be booking him again for future events and would recommend him for a wide range of events for sure!
Alec was a great addition to our Cinco De Mayo party! We had about 28 people at our house and they all loved having Alec play some great music with just a guitar. He is a very talented player and really listened to what I was looking for - beautiful background music. I would definitely recommend!

Alex ( stage Alec Jaymes) started playing guitar when he was 16 and was influenced by the Beatles, EricClapton, and top blues and country players. He became a reputable lead guitarist around the New England area where he had an opportunity to sit in for the famous Paul Butterfield Blues Band when they played in Cambridge MA. While in Nashville, Alex played spots in the Broadway Honky Tonks (Tootsies) and landed jobs for tours with recording artists Scooter Lee and Roy Clayborn. During the late 80's he was invited as a guest guitarist with the famous Boston based James Montgomery Blues Band. Alex recently performed Spanish style guitar, blues, jazz, country, classic rock, and great originals throughout southern California to include several Temecula wineries, the Mission Inn, Sevilla Club and San Manual Casino. Today, Alex performs in the Tampa-Sarasota area.
