Alexander Williams was born in New Jersey
Into a family immersed in music and singing
Alex was already established in a group with his brothers while still in grade school. He then went on to work with the musical group “Kool and the Gang” to participate in the smash hit “Celebration” produced by Deadato.
This enabled him to acquire the needed skills to create a unique sound of his own. He also participated in the off broadway play “Don’t bother me I can’t cope” with Alex Bradford

Alex was fantastic! He played a great variety, from Kool & the Gang to Sam Cooke to Fleetwood Mac and even Billie Eilish. He played the entire 3.5 hours with the same high energy throughout. Looking forward to having him in Smithfield again!

Alexander Williams was born in New Jersey
Into a family immersed in music and singing
Alex was already established in a group with his brothers while still in grade school. He then went on to work with the musical group “Kool and the Gang” to particle in the smash hit “Celebration” produced by Deadato.
This enabled him to acquire the needed skills to create a unique sound of his own. He also participated in the off broadway play “Don’t bother me I can’t cope” with Alex Bradford
After a brief hiatus from the music scene in the 80s he spent time at different colleges where he studied Business Admin, Computer Science and Programming. He was invited by his friend Ronald Bell “Khalis Bayan of Kool and the gang to work on the Jimmy Cliff album “Hanging Fire” on CBS Sony label.
This started ongoing hit records with Jimmy and Alex’s musical programming skills that continued in the Delilah films “A Reggie Session” Which featured Carlos Santana, Grace Jone, Ziggy Marley And Others recorded live in Jamaica.
By the time this film was released Alex was working with the soulful sounds of the “Manhattans”
On the “Back To Basic” project album released on Columbia Records.
Alex subsequently drifted forward to programming computers and designing MIDI systems for the corporate company AT&T.
In addition with working with AT&T, ”Alexander’s One Man Band” continues performing Computer Musical Exhibitions around the world with Carnival Cruise Lines and other professional entertainment providers.
