When you hire me, you can expect a fun, friendly, experienced, and efficient bartender to arrive one hour prior to service hours for set up and any remaining prep work, ready to kick off at your set start time.
You will find a well thought out, displayed, clean and organized work space that allows me to get drinks out quickly and consistently. As all of my cocktails are made from scratch, and I love a good fresh garnish, expect to see a fruit basket and garnish trays over flowing with fresh, vibrant ingredients. And yes, your kiddos sure can have an orange or some strawberries if they'd like there is plenty to go around!
Unlike other companies that will hire out and send folks they don't even know, and pay them pennies on the dollar of what they charge you, when you hire me, you get me! I am behind the bar at each and every event I book, you work directly with me, and I am happy to work with you and tailor your cocktails to your specific event. For larger events that require a second bartender, I have a group of girls that have worked along side of me for years to come and join the fun.
At the end of each event, any additional beverages or garnishes are yours to keep if you'd like, and I set them up as best I can so you can continue the party even once I'm gone. My scratch made margarita mix can be frozen and enjoyed anytime!

Meet your bartender!

Hey y'all, my name is Ali OMalley and I have been bartending and working private events for over twenty years. I've spent my time in almost every setting you can imagine from local pubs to five star restaurants, and large events like concerts and F1 Races. In addition to that, I have opened several bars and restaurants as the lead bartender and have worked with numerous distilleries creating their signature cocktail lists and recipes. Needless to say, I LOVE my job! I am very passionate about my craft, and thoroughly enjoy sending out beautiful, fresh cocktails that make everyone that sees them say "I want what she's having!"
Unlike other companies that hire out and pay bartenders they don't even know pennies on the dollar of what they charge you, when you hire me, you get me! Every single event we are serving you will see me behind the bar, smiling and ready to have a great experience with you and your guests. It is very important to me to keep a clean and organized work space, and that our drinks go out in a consistent and timely manner, no matter how many guests we are serving. For larger events I have a small team of girls that have worked with me for years to come along and join the fun.
Bartending has always been a passion of mine, though these days I do stick to the private events which allows me the time to enjoy my "real" job as a Professional Horse Trainer, where I specialize in retraining retired race horses into new careers as jumpers, dressage horses, and ranch horses. I'd be lying if I said your tips don't help support some of the rescue type cases I take in on a regular basis, and if you're interested in hearing more about them, I'd love to tell you about our horses and program. Some of my other passions include good old Texas Red Dirt music, travelling and road trips, and cooking. I spend a good amount of time with our Cowboy Church as well, because after all, Jesus DID turn water into wine 🥂. I sincerely appreciate each and every one of our customers and guests who allow me the opportunity to enjoy your event, and help make it a memorable experience for everyone involved.
