A'Lia Jahnae Photography

When meeting new clients its very important to me to get a feel for your personality. This tells me as a photographer how comfortable you will be in front of the camera and how best to coach your poses. It's always important to me to make a client feel as comfortable as possible and the best way to do that is to prepare them well in advance of the photography session. This preparation includes a creative direction meeting, style direction including but not limited to clothing suggestions, make up and hair style suggestions and posing tips and techniques. Clients should expect to always feel like they are being heard and that the photo-shoot is fun and easy going.

What is A'Lia Jahnae Photography ? It is everything that celebrates the treasures of life and the gifts of love. A'Lia Jahnae Photography was born in December of 2014 when I gave birth to my second daughter. I didn't want to miss a moment of the beautiful blessing of life that was given to my husband and me, so we purchased a... "good camera". When I looked into my daughter's eyes I saw them actually sparkle and shine and it was then that I coined the term The Eyes of Wonder. It's when you actually can see one's eyes twinkle from seeing something they've never seen before or the look of love they share with their partner. Either way, I knew then it was something spectacular to behold and I wanted to catch those special moments on camera.

For the next 2 years I began capturing the special moments of my children, family and friends. It wasn't until 2016 that I decided to share my passion as a professional photographer and opened A'lia Jahnae photography.

It has been an incredible journey. The beauty I've experienced photographing weddings, baby showers, engagements, birthday parties and family events has been such a joy to witness. I get to experience the spectacular and intimate moments of my clients lives. Photography is not just something I do, it's what I live, it's what i truly love. It would be my pleasure to capture your family as you experience life's greatest gifts and loves greatest treasures all captured through the eyes of wonder.

When shooting portrait photography it's always my preference to shoot during sunset. This time of day always provides beautiful light and allows my clients to photograph beautiful and sun kissed.
