Santa was not wearing a correctly sized suit. His knees kept popping out of his boots. My volunteer girls had to keep fixing his costume before each take. His belt kept popping out and our photographer had to keep telling him to tuck it in, apparently he was wearing two belts. Santa Artie was sloppy and dingy beard. I specifically asked for a fake beard that was new and white.

Santa came on time and was delightful. He looked the part and was friendly and professional. The kids are young and a bit hesitant but eventually warmed up when he read a story and handed out presents. He was great and I highly recommend him.

From the first interaction via phone he went over all information and replied to all our questions. They arrived super early to the event and were very respectful to us and our guests.
The Scarecrow & Scary Farmer were the highlight of our maze and we would be so happy to hire them again.

Santa arrived on time and entered with a hardy Ho Ho Ho ringing Santa bells!
SANTA PERFORMED A SANTA SHOW FOR THE ADULTS AND CHILDREN. Then Santa pose for photos, distributed gifts, lead sing along, listened to children's gift wish list and SANTA presented host with special host gift FROM SANTA.
Santa received a generous tip as he departed.

Santa John did a fantastic job catering to our event! He was early, ready to rock the bells and did exactly as we asked which was to just be there. Mingle, wave, engage and be a nice Santa for the kids who we hosted a special night of gift giving for. Would definitely use again!

Mrs. Claus arrived on time but had no phone so Santa was unable to communicate to her that he was going to be late. Mrs. Claus just walked into the party and caused confusion for the kids as to where Santa was. Santa was almost an hour late and when he arrived we still had to adjust his costume because his belt was crooked and you could see the Pillow for his belly. During the event I had to instruct Santa what to do. Although he was there to entertain the kids, he spent a lot of the time just walking around and dancing with the adults. When they left, Mrs. Claus was seen without her wig on by some of the kids and Santa was also spotted taking off his costume with kids still around. The magic of Santa is something very special in a child's mind and when you see Mrs. Claus and Santa removing their costumes, it causes a lot of confusion and requires parents to come up with a quick solution. Definitely will not be recommending this company to anyone!

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL.
SANTA HAS RECEIVED DOZENS OF 5 STAR REVIEWS WITH OVER 90 APPEARANCES.
Santa left plenty early but do to accidents on freeway and traffic it took 2.5 hours to arrive.
This was a large party and Santa and Mrs. Claus stayed an extra hour for free do to Santa arriving tardy.
Mrs. Claus arrived on time.
The children loved Santa and Mrs. Claus.
We sang songs, read stories took photos, listen to children's gift wish list and distributed gifts.
During the appearance the booker never mention dissatisfaction other then Santa arriving tardy.
The booker even wanted Santa and Mr. Claus to stay an extra hour for free so how bad could it have been? During the appearance the booker never mention a Santa out fit issue.
Its an easy task to adjust Santa belt or to adjust a pillow.
What booker would see a crooked belt or simple outfit issue and purposely not mention it during the appearance?
ON ALL APPEARANCES ALL SANTA ARE CONTENTLY ADJUSTING THE SANTA OUTFIT AND BELT.
Santa works hard to please all clients and Santa sorry no matter what he did this booker APPRARENLTY could not be pleased.
The booker apparently cant get "past" Santa arrived tardy due to extreme traffic.
However REGARDLESS the children loved Santa's MAGIC and in the end Santa's job is to please the children!

While the person was very nice his Santa portrayal was lacking.
He was extremely soft spoken and we could hardly hear what was being said. He was very low energy and low key. The point of it all was for Santa to add to the excitement of the party. I honestly feel like the company knew that it was a hospital and sent their last resort person to us. I immediately sent a message of disappointment to the company and at the time if this review have not received a response. Will not book from this company ever again.

Santa always strives to please all-party hosts on ALL events and on ALL Santa appearances.
Santa has a voice that projects (Ho Ho Ho) however this event was in a huge hospital hall and the host had no PA system or microphone and speakers system.
Providing proper sound equipment for the size of your venue site and event is a "host" responsibility not Sant's' !
Regardless Santa arrived on time. Santa had a wonderful clean pressed Santa suit.
Santa poses for photos. Santa read Christmas stories. Santa lead sign along. Santa listened to children's Christmas gift wish list.
Santa played Christmas games and helped the Elf with snow ball fights with the happy pleased and joyful children.
Santa stayed the entire time booked.
The host never asked Santa to yell or "talk" louder and volume was never brought "up" during Santa's appearance.

Just a note about your visit:
Santa is a very special person to children and feel that Santa should make a extra effort to make the event special . I had sent to you a short 2 line info on each child . I prepared a bag with their name from Santa for you to hand out. Santa did not have a bag and when started to hand out the Santa bags did not even know the names were on them. It would have been nice for Santa to call name on bag and pull out his nice list and read a few lines about each child. That is Santa!

This was an all adult corporate Christmas party event with hundreds of guests.
The corporate client asked SANTA TO GET THE GUEST GOING and to MOTIVATE and lead guest onto the dance floor.
SANTA SUCESSFULLY GOT THE ALL ADULT PARTY ROCKEN and the client tipped and thanked Santa.
It appears the event coordinator AND reviewer IS Unaware that Santa was "asked" to get the guests excited and dancing.
Either way Santa was punctual, professional and performed as directed by client!
Santa loves adult parties appearances as well as tree lighting, parades, pop up appearances , and family home get togethers.

It was a great event that Santa came to our town. We started late but he stayed way longer than what we requested for. Also, he read and show all of his cute act. Santa was wonderful with the children and adults and went out of his way to make every child feel special and heard. He sang songs, told stories, listened to all the children’s wishes, had a great bag of props, helped them decorate Christmas cookies and even played with the children outside. It was a good performance, but myself and everyone included was expecting a bit more for the price we paid. The bride to be knew more about Austin Powers than the impersonator did. Overall, everyone enjoyed the performance, but it was very costly for what it was. I really hope this doesn't offend anyone, just being honest! Hats off to Gigsalad though for making the booking so simple, thanks.
