As a professional photographer I typically dress in professional attire in dark colors, or simply black.
For events I operate with two cameras equipped with different lenses, both using a flash. My time is split between capturing candid moments and asking guests for posed photos.
Afterwards, photos are culled (removing unflattering or technically unacceptable photos) and the rest are carefully processed before delivery to client. No photos are held hostage behind extra fees.
