I hired Amanda Rose last year for a birthday party, and it was just spectacular! During her performance she delighted us with all the different dances she does and the dynamic music. Also at the end Amanda invited all the guests to be part of the dance which opened the party. She is very professional.

Amanda Rose has gained much notoriety for her dynamic movement, technical precision and modern lyrical style. She has studied with many of the great dancers of the past and present including Mahmoud Reda, Raqia Hassan, Orit Mafstir and Sahra Saeeda among many more while traveling though the world to continue her training. Dr. Mo Geddawi, co-founder of the world renowned National Egyptian Dance Company Reda Troupe, the world’s most famous and notable Middle Eastern dance company said, “you remind me of Taheya Carioka,” a very famous and important Egyptian dancer in the rise of belly dance to the stage.
Having won multiple awards including the title of Bellydancer Of The Universe 2008 Egyptian Champion, Amanda Rose is only just beginning to share her talent with the world. She is featured on Grammy nominated Souhail Kaspar’s instructional dvd Rhythm & Movement For Dancers and recently released “The Spirit of Bellydance” by Hollywood Music Center. As a member of Black Opal Dance Company directed by international star Ava Fleming, she performed at such events as International Bellydance Convention Las Vegas, Amaya’s Shake & Bake, Glimpse of The Stars and This is Bellydance among others. Amanda Rose is featured with Black Opal Dance Company on two IAMED DVD’s: Bellydance O Rama 2, and Bellydance 007 as well as future releases as a solo artist.

Performances can range from 5 to 50 minutes and many events choose to have multiple shorter sets instead of one longer performance. Each set gives the dancer an opportunity to display another aspect of bellydance, another prop or style.
